All supplies and services of the Ski School provided on the basis of online orders via the Internet, other online services, via phone, e-mail, or on the spot are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Business. Cancellation of course reservations can be made up to 48h prior to your lessons start by paying a processing fee of CHF 40.00 per booking. Any cancellations after that hour are charged to 100%.

Prices

Course prices are not subject to VAT.

Accident Insurance

The Swiss Snow Sports School Davos does not assume any liability for accidents occurring before, during or after lessons. It is the responsibility of course participants to avail of accident and liability insurance. Refund of the course fee due to injury or illness only upon presentation of a medical cert. Only unused days (difference) will be refunded.

Group course

The courses take place in any weather, except when the cable cars are closed down due to the weather conditions. If the minimum number of 4 participants is not achieved, the Swiss Snow Sports School Davos reserves the right to put groups together, to shorten courses, or to cancel courses at short notice. Changes of instructors are possible due to our flexible organisation.

Private lesson

The courses take place in any weather, except when the cable cars are closed down due to the weather conditions. 

Course ticket and refund

The course tickets are personal and not transferable. Cancellation of course reservations can be made up to 48h prior to your lessons start by paying a processing fee of CHF 40.00 per booking. Any cancellations after that hour are charged to 100%.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash payments in Swiss Francs only. We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, American Express, VISA, Maestro und Postcard).

Place of jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Davos. Price changes and misprints excepted!

Booking and reservation of ski and snowboard courses

The use of the ski lifts is not included in the course fees. The Ski School does not assume responsibility for failures of the cable cars and lift facilities.

Place of jurisdiction, place of fulfilment and governing law

Place of fulfilment is the central headquarter of the Ski School. Place of jurisdiction for any disputes will be the competent court at the central headquarters of the Ski School. Swiss law shall apply. The contract language is German.
